Together with its cooperation partner AC Avionic Concept, SPAES has acquired a new laser cable printing machine.
After a thorough investigation of the machines available on the market, the decision was made on a LaserLec MRO 200.
“In addition to ergonomics and reliability, the quality and safety of the labeling was our priority. This now enables us to quickly and professionally label cables for aircraft,” says Joachim Schanz, Managing Director of SPAES.
After delivery and set-up of the machine, the employees were extensively trained and were able to convince themselves of the handling and the results.
“This enables us to perform efficient, precise, non-detachable and non-aggressive labeling of cylindrical and twisted shielded cables in accordance with aviation standards,” says Joachim Kies, Head of Operations at SPAES.
By acquiring the laser cable printing machine, the SPAES can further improve the service for its customers and, for example, at STC‘s and Minor Changes offer fast delivery of pre-fitted, ready to install cables and harnesses.
