SPAES GmbH & Co. KG carried out in cooperation with Intercopter GmbH the installation of a Helicopter Emergency Egress Lighting System (HEEL) for Airbus Helicopters EC 135. “In the case of a water landing, the system automatically activates a lighting system in the helicopter. The lighting of the doors and emergency exits increases the safety of the occupants of the off- shore operated helicopters.” explains Joachim Schanz, CEO SPAES.
The Minor Change is valid for EC 135 helicopters up to T3. In cooperation with Intercopter, SPAES offers the installation of HEEL systems with the necessary installation and certification documents.
