When technology saves lives

In Indonesia, two rescue helicopters are operating as part of the “Operasi Ketupat 2025” initiative – equipped with medical equipment from SPAES.

A new official video released by the Indonesian police on YouTube shows how these helicopters transport not only advanced technology but also hope. For us at SPAES, this is a special moment – seeing the mission behind the project: providing fast medical assistance when every minute counts.

As part of the security measures, two medical helicopters were stationed at critical locations: one at kilometer 29 of the Jakarta–Cikampek highway, and another at Kalikangkung.

The helicopters are equipped with modern emergency gear, including devices for cardiac and pulmonary resuscitation, stretchers, and a range of medications. A team of ten – composed of medical personnel, flight crew, and a search and rescue unit – stands ready to take action in any emergency.

Moments like these remind us why tailored solutions in air rescue are so vital.
